Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Engagement Manager responsible
for managing the successful deployment of solutions and maintaining
high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary client contact for multiple large and complex
client engagements
Lead project teams throughout the delivery process and manage
project functions including scope, schedule, and budget
Identify gaps in solution delivery and propose solutions while
mentoring team members to achieve service objectives
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in a professional services organization with
consulting experience
2+ years of experience in ServiceNow consulting
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is
preferred
Agile Scrum experience and Scrum Master certification is
desirable
