Job Description:
A company is looking for a Human Resources Officer to develop
and implement HR strategies and policies.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the development and management of the employee life cycle
model, including recruitment and talent management
Develop, review, implement, and monitor HR policies and
procedures
Design and implement staff well-being programs to enhance employee
morale and productivity
Required Qualifications
At least 6 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in
the non-profit sector
Experience working in international civil society organizations
Experience in managing payroll and employee benefits programs
Proficiency in using HRIS software for managing employee data
Commitment to values including diversity, inclusion, and grassroots
organizing
