Job Description:
A company is looking for a Centralized Scheduler to manage
outpatient visit scheduling and registration for multiple
ambulatory clinics.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule, cancel, and reschedule outpatient visits and
procedures
Obtain and verify patient information and ensure follow-up
appointments are coordinated
Collect payments and reconcile cash drawer at the end of the
day
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
State and federal criminal background checks as required
Experience in scheduling and registration processes
Ability to sit for extended periods
Familiarity with medical office procedures and patient care
environments
