Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Research and Development
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Advance segmentation through support of product model strategy,
ideation, analysis, and implementation
Perform ad-hoc analysis to solve business questions and engage in
project work
Collaborate with partner groups to improve methodologies and
support profitable growth in recreational product lines
Required Qualifications
High school diploma/GED with six years of relevant experience, or a
Bachelor's degree with three years of experience, or a Master's
degree with three years of experience, or a PhD in a quantitative
field
Experience in statistical/quantitative modeling and using database
tools in property & casualty insurance
Proficiency with SAS, SQL, and Microsoft Excel
Experience with programming languages such as Python or R, and data
visualization tools like Tableau
